Those were d days.........

Open the news paper, switch on d news channel, you've sure shot encounter with IPL saga, Lalit Modi, Sharad pawar, etc. In my opinion IPL has become INDIAN PATHETIC LEAGUE rater than INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE. I even failed to understand What is so premier & moreover it is league of politicians, business houses rather than players. It has really disturbed the form of cricket. nowadays randomness overpowered d real technique.

Thinking on these lines I reacalled d days when I was very much fascinated by cricket. those were days when I was in middle school. to b precise 1994-2001 ( Hold on I was not in middle school for so long time) But i'm talking in general. Real enthusiasm abt this game started in 1996 world cup. I didnt missed a single match. I really cried when we lost to Sri lanka in semi finals. in 34.2 overs we were at 120/8.(hats off to my memory ) We literally gave up. If u remember guys, Vinod Kambli started crying on d ground itself. & after wathcing that may father furiously switched off d TV with dozens of obesesive words. I felt really bad that time

Another stunning moment come to my mind was the greatest Innings played by Sachin in coca cola cup at sharjah in 1998. what a great innings it was!! I still remember the faces of Australian players specially Damian flaming & shane warne. Yesterday I was watching the glimpses of that match & I was equally excited as that time.

Watching sachin Vs. shaane warne, Mcgrath, shoaib akhtar is a grand treat anytime. plz recall world cup of 2003. What a six hit by sachin to shoaib akhtar to wel come him in his first spell. oh gosh.. I can still fell that moment while writing this.

There are many such moments. but year by year my interest in cricket in largely reduced. I don't know why?? nowadays I cant watch 20-20 also. In my childhood I used to remember complete bating & bowling line up of India, Australia, Pakistan, west indies. But today I cant even tell u who r members of Mumbai Indians. :)). My friends were so surprised when they come to know that I didn't watched single match of IPL of any of 3 seasons. Its not about IPl but true about One day also. In Nagpur there is International stadium. But I didn't felt that I should go & watch some matches ( or have entertainment in case of IPL).

That may be perhaps due to malpractices in criclet, overdose of matches,. same critics same praising, or lack of time may be a reason.. Involvement in other youthful activities ( now don't ask about it) has significantly diminished my interest in this addictive game.

It is said that ,in every 5 yrs our perception towards things change. so Before 5 yrs I was damn addicted to cricket. 2day i'm least interested. now let see what happen in next 5 years....... Looking forward now. after all........

5 Hours at railway station.

When we were in school there were typical topics of essays such as An hour at railway station, My favorite games etc. Butt previous was quite common. Venues may got changed, but theme was same.
Today I'm writing the same but in different perspective rather by different point of view.
One of my friend Akshay got shifted to Pune. So being his gud frnd i had responsibility of shifting his bike to Pune by railway. It was quite long procedure so i got chance to see railway station & its operations very closely. Otherwise we just see off the guests/ frnds &return home immediately.
Me and my another friend Vinod reached Railway station at 12.35 pm. The temoerature was 42 degrre celsius. :(. So one can imagine the situation). we went to the parcle office. & team of men rushed to us asking us as to what to pack......I explained him everything & he said, " Overall expanses will be 1000 rs" first shock. Then he explained, why it was so?? Actually they insure our belonging by estimatimg its resale cost. then he demanded 200 bucks for packing that vehicle. After that he told it was not sure whether that vehicle will get loaded in the same train due to heavy rush. In no time we realised that he want some chaay pani. I was furious, but then showed 100 rupee. & In a minute or two uncertienty changed to 200% gurantee of loading the vehicle. We took a sigh of relief & stated waiting for train
We had then experianced various new things at railway station such as 300 ml ,5 times filterd water at just 1 rupee. what an Idea lalu sirjee!! Then we had aPinapple shake at comesum hotel run By IRCTC. I remembered how i fought with my mother for a simple frooti at the cleanest shop some years ago. Today I'm taking shake from the similer vendor at railway station. One father with a son must be from village asking for water pouch & waiters gave him disgusting look. & again realised the wide gap between rich & poor. Another funny thing happened is when I showed d coupan for lassi, he said, " SOrry sir, lasssi will take time since switch was out order where the plug of mixer was getting attached. Hats offff!!!!!
Then we came to platform. One train called tamilndu express was about to depart .I observed various kinds of people. Some were drinking cocca cola, someone sharing frooti among three, someone buying the INDIA TODAY, someone buying key chain that too bargaining. Someone was busy on chating on mobile (as always) while general compartment people asking which station was there n telling other family members ( my friend was busy at looking at hot girls of Delhi. I joined him after a while). A family of 4 was there. mother was instructing his son for various things about various precautions to be taken at Delhi& when train departed she started crying. Her son must went there for job or so. It was areal touchy moment.
Finally our train came & vehicle was loaded. While returning I was thinking Indian railways is a huge thing. what a great network, lakhs of employees & every one is important there. great piece of administration. Moreover u can see every breed of man there. Rich, poor, young adults every religion, every caste. In short.....

RAILWAY STATION REPRESENTS INDIA.

Something about Womwn reservation bill

Passing of women reservation bill is really historic moment in Indian politics. Now monopoly of many politicians in parliament will definatly going to be affected. this 108th amendment in constitution is really a great achievement. But India is still on 99th position as far as global development of female is concerned. there is lot of literature about empowerment of women & their developments etc etc. But serious question about it is that Can they handle these responsibilities?. ( after readning this feamales gonna kill me) but plz think of it.
Indian politics have a great history of women participation. Sarojini Naidu, Indira GAndhi to name a few... Today also there are some fiercing leader like Vrinda Karat, Sushma Swaraj, Mayawati ( yes...). But can every women b like them?? certinely not. no need to go far, Imagine there r lok sabha elections & think of eligible women candidate from Amethi?? u can hardly find any.. But due to women reservation bill, if that seat is reserved for females then?? It become inevitable to give ticket to women which will hamper development of that area. same about many others... So the questionn arises whether the motive will get achived??
Secondally politics nowdays became a dirty caste & money game. So may b very difficult to get survive in this scenario.
This is somewhat negative aspect. But at the same time More no of them will get a good chane to contribute in decision making. like in civil services etc. I'm very much happpy with this fact. coz they r blessed with good decision making power by born, so its added advantage.
The worst part of it is the Indianness showed by some MPs. They once again proved that India is still male dominated But anyway its a gud development. But they must kep in mind that they r there for raising developmental issues not the cost of saris & all.

P.S- I suggest the same quota in appointment of marshals also in parliament(females) or else a day may come that all women fighting with belans & marshalls will be mute spectators!!!! what say?/ U know female tendency.......

After 6 months.....

Its been 6 months being away from this place, what i was doing in those months. i guess i was thinking a lot rather than writting anything. ( as d name of my blog suggests..) Well lot of things happened in these days. After finishing my last blog i was hospitalised for 7 days. Steel frame

Its been 4 months when i started prepering for d toughest exam of India, UPSC. Its damn difficult nut to crack but equally intresting. While collecting the materials i came across a book titled "steel frame". Let me first explain what is steel frame???
All the civil servents in India i.e IAS, IPS.... officers etc. ae known as steel frames. Indian constitution has prvided them special ststus to them. this term was first introduced by British officers. These people are the building block of nation. There importance can b compared with importance of a steel frame while constrcting a building.
Now about the book. This book is written by Mr.Farukh Naikwade. It describes great success stories of Those marathi people who'd cracked this exam in the past with great determination & will power. Generally when we read biographies of great people we really get inspired like anything. But this book is something different. It includes stories of 12 officers. but this is not mere stories of success but the stories of battle which was with destiny & with themselves. No negative aspects, Zero abuse to indian system. I red lot of biographies But this was one of the best books i've read in my life. Needless to say in one sitting.
Being an UPSC aspirant it was a great gift for me. When i finished that book, I culdn't hold back my tears really...!!!!! I understood the meaning of word struggle & decided to pursue my dreams with same. Generally we're in illusion that we're doing a lot of efforts for making our dreams come true. But if u want to know what is real meaning of the words Patience, Consistany, Will power. Plz read this book. Ultiamtely these words are real ingredients for success. What say????

Life is unpredictable

So much things has been written about life, its complexity, its Unertienty in short various dimensions of life. But in true sense Life is really unpredictable.Very true about Former andhra CM & others were dead in helicopter crash.
Now normally what we do, we just grief for some time, feel bad & then we continue with our life. This is rule of nature. Now there will b enquiry about d mishap lot many things Will happened, but the question arises as to why such kind of accidents happened with great people like Mr. Reddy.? well, I'm very small person to talk about him but As far as i know, he was a gud person at least not like seasoned politician. we learnt in childhood that we must do good work in our life so that our sole will rest in peace. But what Mr. Reddy has done?? He had done a great job. He was a visionary man as far as farmers or common people for that matter is concerned. But what has happened ultimately?? His body was identified with help of clothes he wearing. Do we expect this for such a great visionary man.
Same goes with Late. shri Promod Mahajan. With his death, BJP really lost its backbone. I guess looking at today's situation of party, All leaders must be remembering him. Did he really expected in his wildest dreams that he will get killed by his own brother? Above mentioned things r applicable to all those great people who took Unexpected exit from the battleground called LIFE.
If this is so, then how should one live a life?? A big Question mark. but i found answer for myself. see we r here like a prepaid card with a limited validity. so we must use the talk time at fullest without thinking much. some things in our life r out of our control. so we must no think about them. just do good for yourself and others also. So never waste an opportunity to do something good in life, rather keep doing it. live life king size.becoz

LIFE IS REALLY REALLY UNPREDICTABLE!!!!!!!
